2. Payment

After we received your registration, we send you an invoice. It might take a day or two. When you received the invoice, transfer immediately the fee to the VDKi bank account:

3. Confirmation

We confirm by E-Mail as soon as we received the payment on our bank account. Only then you are registered, and we grant access. Our confirmation might take a couple of days.
Keep the confirmation mail, we might ask to show it at the conference.

Regarding the costs…
The contribution/delegate includes the participation to the lectures, lunch, coffee breaks and registration effort. The overnight is NOT included. Each attendee must book a hotel on its own.

Cancellation until April 20th, 2024: 50% refundable.
Cancellation after April 20th, 2024: NO refunds.
